SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped. If for any reason shipping is delayed, you will receive notification and a date by which your order should be shipped.

Packaging is individually costed according to the size and weight of the order and the level of protection required and is included in the price. I use recyclable materials as much as possible.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days of receiving your goods to inform me if you wish to cancel.

You have another 14 days to return the goods at your own cost once you have told me.

I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back in their original condition.
